The Ciloo app enables Frontify customers to order brand materials, like business cards, brochures, T-shirts, and swag, directly from their brand platform. By connecting Frontify with Ciloo’s global production network, teams can streamline production, reduce manual steps, and ensure on-brand consistency across all physical assets.
What is Ciloo?
Ciloo is a platform that simplifies how companies manage and order branded materials, such as print, promo items, and merchandise. It enables teams to:
Order directly from their design templates and libraries
Route orders to the nearest production facility for faster, more sustainable delivery

Getting started
Before proceeding with the steps below, please ensure your Frontify Super Admin has completed the technical setup prerequisites outlined in the “Ciloo Technical Setup Add-On” guide (app installation, domain configuration, and initial connection test).
Setup steps:
Follow these steps to connect your Frontify projects and libraries with Ciloo and get started with printing.
Share your Library and Project URLs with your CSM: To begin, you need to provide the specific Libraries and Projects you’d like to connect to Ciloo.
Open the Library or Project in Frontify and copy the full URL from your browser. Each URL contains the ID needed to configure the integration, nothing extra is required.
Collect all relevant URLs and send them to your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Your CSM will forward this information internally so the integration setup can begin.
Frontify creates the “Ciloo Integration” user: Once your CSM has your request, they will create a dedicated user called “Ciloo Integration.” This user will appear in your User Management and will be given read-only access to the Libraries and Projects you listed.
Keep the integration user active: Do not delete the “Ciloo Integration” user. If it’s removed, the connection between Frontify and Ciloo will break and the integration will stop working.
Add new Libraries or Projects later: If you want to extend Ciloo access to additional Libraries or Projects, simply invite the “Ciloo Integration” user to those spaces.
Printing from Personal Projects: By default, Ciloo works with the Libraries and Projects you’ve specified. If you want your users to also print from their Personal Projects, please speak to your CSM about enabling this.
Ciloo completes the integration on their side: Once the “Ciloo Integration” user has been created, the Frontify Customer Success team notifies Ciloo. Ciloo then finalizes the setup on their side. When everything is ready, Ciloo notifies you directly that the integration is live.
Start printing: Once you receive confirmation from Ciloo: Ensure the “Print with Ciloo” app is installed in your environment. If you don’t see the Ciloo option in your Guidelines, contact your CSM for assistance.
Using the Ciloo App in Frontify
You can use the Ciloo app in two ways:
From Templates in your Frontify platform
From Documents stored in a designated Library or Project
The app enables you to send a file to Ciloo with a few clicks, configure the print product (e.g., size, format, quantity), and complete your order via your company’s preferred payment method.
Printing from a Template
Go to your Guidelines and open a print-ready Template (e.g., a business card).
2. Select the Template you'd like to use and customize it as needed.
3. Export your customized version and save it to a connected Library or Project.
4. Open the saved file using View asset, click the apps menu (three-dot icon), and select Print with Ciloo.
5. Configure your product, selecting from your predefined product family and settings (e.g., format, paper weight, finishing). Ciloo will have helped set up these configurations during onboarding.
Note: this step is only necessary the first time printing this particular Document.
For templates, this step may be skipped if your Template ID is pre-linked to a print configuration by Ciloo. For static assets it is true that this step will appear the first time.
6. Review your order, including pricing and quantity.
7. Proceed to checkout, enter your billing or shipping details, and submit the order using your company’s preferred payment method (e.g., invoice, credit card). Ciloo connects to a global network for fast and high-quality fulfillment.
Tip: Templates can be customized for personal projects and then exported as print-ready PDFs. Once saved to a connected Library, you can print them directly via Ciloo.
Printing from a Document stored in a designated Library in Guidelines
a. Open the desired asset (e.g., a PDF) from the Library page in your Guidelines and click on the apps icon at the top right.
Note: If this icon does not show for you, contact your CSM to get it activated.
b. Configure your product, selecting from your predefined product family and settings (e.g., format, paper weight, finishing). Ciloo will have helped set up these configurations during onboarding.
Note: this step is only necessary the first time printing this particular Document.
c. Review your order, including pricing and quantity.
d. Proceed to checkout, enter your billing or shipping details, and submit the order using your company’s preferred payment method (e.g., invoice, credit card). Ciloo connects to a global network for fast and high-quality fulfillment.
Tip: You can also print directly from PDFs stored in your Libraries by opening them in the Asset Viewer in Guidelines and selecting “Print with Ciloo.”
