Learn how to connect Frontify and Canva seamlessly

Updated over 6 months ago

To import Frontify assets into Canva, the user needs to be added as a Viewer to the Frontify libraries and projects that need to be accessed in Canva. If you need the other flow - transfer Canva designs to your Frontify libraries or projects, the user needs to have an Editor role within that library or that project.

Canva is a web-based graphic design platform that aims to create a wide range of visual content, including presentations, posters, social media graphics, infographics, and more. It provides a variety of pre-designed templates, fonts, images, and other design elements to help users create professional-looking designs without needing advanced design skills or software.

Canva simplifies the process of graphic design, making it more accessible to a wider audience and enabling users to create professional-quality designs for various purposes.

It’s the perfect application to work hand in hand with Frontify. The bi-directional integration allows users to upload their final design works in their preferred Libraries, and designers can retrieve assets from Frontify to update them or use them as inspiration for new projects.

Thanks to the vast search and filtering possibilities, you can easily locate and find logos and images, streamlining your design project workflows while maintaining brand consistency.

The integration supports only images up to 25 MB, and Canva accepts the following file formats:

  • JPG

  • PNG

  • HEIC

  • Single-frame GIFs

  • TIFF

  • WEBP
