RGB and HEX are the default values that display your color palette block by default.
To display other color space values, like CMYK, you need the toggle the Edit mode and then the cogwheel on the right side of the page. Then under your colors, the CMYK code will automatically populate with the corresponding values.
Once the CMYK option is activated, the next color you want to add to your palette will automatically contain the corresponding CMYK code.
However, the automatically converted values may differ depending on your color profile. No worries, in Edit mode, you can always overwrite it manually by typing the color code you need in the specific CMYK space.
