How to manage cookies on Frontify

In this article, we walk you through the cookie consent management possibilities of Frontify.

After enablement, the cookie consent tab will appear automatically for all users.

The pop-up will appear on any page, and if the user interacts with it, their choice will be saved for 90 days. After this period, the user will be prompted again. You can also access this tab and change your preferences from the bottom right corner.

Please note

  • if the user clicks outside the window, only essential cookies will be accepted

  • this affects all users, logged in or not

  • the user choice won't be synched across devices

  • the banner is not customizable and will be present on all pages

Three types of cookies we collect:

  • Preferences: These cookies allow us to remember your preferences and choices when using the website. This helps us to provide you with a more personalized online experience.
