Understand what is the best option to personalize the onboarding experience in your Customer Hub

To ensure you get the most out of your initial journey with Frontify, we give you the option to personalize your onboarding plan, tailored to your needs.

If your Frontify subscription includes the Digital Asset Management (DAM) module along with our the Brand building platform, you'll need to choose what you'd like to prioritize first:

  • Brand Portal

  • DAM

Both options begin with the essential platform setup steps. However, by selecting a focus, your onboarding plan be will automatically adapted to fit your priorities.

Brand Portal Focus

Choose the Brand Portal focus if you want to start building your guidelines right away. This includes:

  • Setting up elements such as Brand Identity, Logos, Colors, Typography, and others.

  • Basic setup for your portal design and navigation.

  • Configuring your DAM with libraries and collections, set up assets and their metadata.

  • Linking your DAM to your brand portal navigation for seamless integration.

This approach is ideal if you want to establish a strong brand foundation before moving on to asset management.

DAM Focus

Opt for the DAM focus if your priority is configuring your new DAM or migrating from another asset management system. This includes:

  • Detailed setup instructions for your DAM.

  • Guidance on uploading your assets, set up their metadata and organizing your libraries and collections..

  • Basic setup for your portal design and navigation, as these settings affect how libraries and assets are displayed to end users.

  • Subsequent steps to develop your brand guidelines once the DAM is configured.

This last choice is perfect if you need to get your asset management up and running quickly, or are looking to create an Asset Management Portal, with a smaller focus on branding guidelines.
