Need to request help from your IT team or agency to setup a custom domain, or Single Sign-On (SSO)? Use this ready-made email to explain what’s needed and make it easy for them to get started!

Hi [IT Team / Agency Name],

I’m working with Frontify to launch our new Brand Portal. To complete the setup, we need your support with the following:



Custom Subdomain — We’d like to personalize our Frontify URL (e.g., brand.ourdomain.com) so it’s easy for users to find and remember. We’ll need someone to:

  • Add a new CNAME record in our domain hosting service

  • Confirm whether we’ll use our own SSL certificate or have Frontify host it


Single Sign-On (SSO) — We want to automate user access to our Brand Portal using SSO for secure, simplified logins. We’ll need help to:

  • Set up our Identity Provider (IdP) using either SAML or OpenID Connect

  • Provide the required metadata to Frontify to complete the connection

To make this easier, Frontify provides a Customer Hub (https://hub.frontify.com) with clear step-by-step instructions and technical guides for your team.
