If an error message like “your connection is not private” appears, it is most likely that the certificate which secures your domain has expired or there was never a certificate set up with the Frontify Support Team.

Please reach out to the Frontify Support Team and we can check if the certificate needs to be renewed or if we can set up a certificate for you.

If you have a self managed certificate (CSR), we can simply send you a new certificate to sign and you can continue to self manage the certificate. Alternatively, we can set up a certificate via Amazon (AWS) where you don’t have to renew the certificate every year.
