The Customer Hub is a resource center for everything Frontify, providing tools, guidance, and support to elevate every stage of your journey with us. It is hosted on a cloud-based platform provided by EverAfter.

Access requirements and security restrictions

Most users can access the Customer Hub without issues. However, if your organization has strict security policies, you may encounter challenges accessing the platform or receiving essential email notifications. For example, these notifications can include:

  • Email verification for logging in.

  • Account alerts and updates.

  • Communication related to your Frontify collaboration.

Security at a glance

EverAfter is a trusted third-party provider, that adheres to our high-security standards to ensure the safety of your data, including:
