Access requirements and security restrictions
Most users can access the Customer Hub without issues. However, if your organization has strict security policies, you may encounter challenges accessing the platform or receiving essential email notifications. For example, these notifications can include:
Email verification for logging in.
Account alerts and updates.
Communication related to your Frontify collaboration.
To ensure uninterrupted access, please work with your IT department to:
Allow emails from hub@mail.frontify.com
Permit access to hub.frontify.com
By making these adjustments, you and your team can fully utilize the Customer Hub and enjoy all its benefits.

EverAfter is a trusted third-party provider, that adheres to our high-security standards to ensure the safety of your data, including:
