Referencing Content

You've created content and want to reference it to another guideline or another part of the same one? Our easy to use Referencing function enables you to do this.

This is an Enterprise feature

So, you want to copy content from:

  • One guideline to another or

  • Within the same guideline

Leveraging the referencing function is exactly what you need and good news, the process is really simple.

To get started:

  • Step 1:

    • Click "Edit Mode" and select 'More Actions'

    • Here you will see the 'Reference' option

  • Step 2

    • Once you have clicked the 'Reference' button, the section will automatically be highlighted. This means that the content was copied to the clipboard.

  • Step 3:

    • Next, move to the guideline or another part of the same guideline and select 'Reference Here'

  • Step 4

    • Now, The original content is now referenced to the position in the guideline

    • The referenced content is now visible and any changes made in the original guideline will automatically be made in the other section also.
