This article will help you get your LinkrUI account set up and ready to invite users.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

This is a setup guide Admins managing licenses across Adobe, Microsoft, Figma, Express, and Google LinkrUI integrations.

Adobe Link, Microsoft Link, Figma Link, Express Link, and Google Workspace Link are paid integrations. Please contact your Frontify point of contact if you haven’t activated your account yet.

Creating your delegate account and inviting users

After forwarding the activation request to your Customer Success Manager or your Account Executive, you should receive an email from no-reply@linkrui.com similar to the one shown below.

Next steps:

  1. Log in using the credentials provided

    1. See above image for example of email credentials

  2. Navigate to My Profile (top right corner)

  3. Set your password and click Save

  4. Return to the dashboard and click on your Activation to manage your licenses

Inviting Users

Depending on the integration, there are two ways to add users:

For Adobe Link

You have two options for adding users:

  1. Share Activation Code

    1. Located in the top left of your dashboard

    2. Note: Anyone with the code can become a user of your account.

  2. Add Users Manually (by Email)

    1. Click New User (top right corner)

    2. Add users one-by-one by entering their email

    3. Note: Using this method you have to add users individually.

Below are some useful Help Articles on how to install and use Adobe Link.

For Microsoft Link, Figma Link, Express Link, and Google Workspace Link

There's one method for adding new users:

  1. Share Activation Code

    1. Located in the top left of your dashboard

    2. Users can enter this code during installation to activate their account

    3. Note: Anyone with the code can become a user of your account.

Below are some useful Help Articles on how to install and use Microsoft Office Link.

Managing existing users

  1. Log in with your delegate credentials (see the first part of this help article) or use the "Forgot my password" option.

  2. Click on your organization and you will see an overview of all existing users.

  3. Click on an individual user to manage their access.

    1. "Disable this user": Use this if you temporarily need to free up a license. The user won't have access to the integration and won't count towards your total licenses while they're disabled. However, their credentials will still be saved and you can re-activate them at any point (provided you have a free license).

    2. "Delete this user": This will permanently remove the user from your organization. Their information will be deleted and the license will be free to re-assign to someone else.
