This is a setup guide for the account delegate only, the user that manages all the internal licenses. |
Creating your delegate account and inviting users
After forwarding the activation request to your Customer Success Manager or your Account Executive, you should receive an email from no-reply@linkrui.com similar to the one shown below.
Visit the LinkrUI dashboard and log in with the credentials provided in the email above. Navigate to the 'My Profile' link in the top right corner, as shown below.
Enter a new password and click 'Save'.
Now navigate back, to the LinkrUI dashboard, and click your activation, shown above outlined in black.
For Adobe Link
You have two options for adding new users:
Provide users with the activation code on the top left of your dashboard (outlined in black above). You will have a number rather than the words 'Activation #'.
Note: Anyone with the code can become a user of your account.
Add new users manually. On the top right of your dashboard, you will see a 'New User' button. It is outlined in grey above.
Note: Using this method you have to add users individually.

For Microsoft Office Link
There's one method for adding new users:

Managing existing users
Log in with your delegate credentials (see the first part of this help article).
Click on your organization and you will see an overview of all existing users.
βClick on an individual user to manage their access.
"Disable this user": Use this if you temporarily need to free up a license. The user won't have access to the integration and won't count towards your total licenses while they're disabled. However, their credentials will still be saved and you can re-activate them at any point (provided you have a free license).
"Delete this user": This will permanently remove the user from your organization. Their information will be deleted and the license will be free to re-assign to someone else.
