The platform navigation has been redesigned to provide a more intuitive, streamlined experience. With easier access to key tools, a clearer layout, and enhanced functionality, navigating your brands and modules is now more efficient than ever. This article will walk you through the changes and improvements, making it easy to get up to speed.
Key updates to the navigation
1. Left sidebar for brand-level pages
When you log in, you’ll notice a new left sidebar that holds all of your brand’s overarching pages. This includes quick access to critical tools like:
Marketplace
Access Management
Analytics
2. Brand-level modules
Once inside a brand, the left sidebar continues to display the core modules that make up your brand experience. You can easily access:
Guidelines
Libraries
Projects
Newsletters
3. Brand switcher
Switching between brands is now simpler. The new brand switcher, located at the top of the screen, lets you quickly toggle between brands without having to navigate back to the brand dashboard.
Library navigation enhancements
1. Simplified library view
Inside your library, the navigation has been revamped for a cleaner, more organized view. You’ll now find tabs for:
Assets
Workflow
Activity
2. Accessing library settings
Library settings have moved to a dedicated menu in the top-right corner, where you can now access:
Notifications
Custom Metadata
Workflows
Other settings
3. Team collaboration
Inviting team members to collaborate on a library is now more accessible. Simply click the Teams button in the top-right corner to invite collaborators.
Project navigation improvements
1. Streamlined project views
Similar to the libraries, the project navigation has been updated. Key sections like:

Planning
Templates
... are now located at the top of your screen for faster access.
2. Project settings
Project settings are now housed in the top-right corner, making it easier to access project configurations.
Guidelines and newsletters: There have been no significant changes to the navigation of Guidelines and newsletters. The existing structure remains, so you can continue working with these tools just as before.
