How to transfer a brand

Learn how to transfer a brand to your client's account

Temporarily, you need to reach out to Frontify Support to transfer the brand.
You can reach us at support@frontify.com or in the chat bubble in the bottom right corner when using Frontify.

We need the following details from you:

  1. From Brand Name and its URL (from where the brand needs to be transferred)

  2. To Brand Name and its URL (to where the brand needs to be transferred)

  3. Email address of who should be the Owner of the Brand


We'll arrange the transfer and let you know when it's ready!

Note: The function of transferring brands on your own is temporarily unavailable but will get an update. Reach out to us if you have any further questions.
