What can I do when my Frontify Desktop App is not working as expected?

You can follow these steps and check after each step if the problem has been resolved:

  1. Check if you have the newest version. If not, please update the version here: Installation Frontify Desktop App

  2. Log in and Log out

  3. Reload the App with "Cmd+R" on macOS or "Ctrl+R" on Windows

  4. Force "Quit"

  5. Reinstall the App
