You can follow these steps and check after each step if the problem has been resolved:
Check if you have the newest version. If not, please update the version here: Installation Frontify Desktop App
Log in and Log out
Reload the App with "Cmd+R" on macOS or "Ctrl+R" on Windows
Force "Quit"
Reinstall the App
