Add template to Guideline
You can add your templates to your Guidelines by adding the "template" block.
Click on "Choose existing template"
Select one of your published templates.
Targets for templates
Please be aware of targets: If you have added some targets to your templates, you need to be in the specified target group to see the template. Please make sure to also set a target on the template block if you use templates with targets.
Enable accessing existing publications
Accessing existing publications from guidelines depends on the type of project. Shared projects are fully supported. Direct links to personal projects are not supported.
To bring users back to their existing publications from your guidelines, you can set up two types of links:
Shared projects
For shared projects, you can just pick the link of your projects overview without the domain information.
Put this URL piece into any kind of link (e.g., button, text, link image).
Select "Open link in new tab" to open the project overview in a new tab. |  |
Note: Currently, only shared projects can be reliably linked from guidelines. Direct links to personal projects are not supported.
