Cookie consent management helps you stay compliant while giving users transparency and control over how cookies are used within your Frontify environment.
If you’d like to activate cookie consent management, please contact our Customer Success team.
How it works
Once activated, a cookie consent banner will automatically appear across your Frontify environment.
The banner is displayed on all pages
It applies to all users (logged in and logged out)
Users can accept or manage their preferences directly from the banner
Their choice is saved for 90 days
After 90 days, users will be prompted again
Preferences can be updated anytime via the icon in the bottom-right corner
This ensures ongoing transparency while minimizing disruption to the user experience.
Important considerations
Before enabling cookie consent management, please note:
Cookie preferences are not synced across devices or browsers
The banner design and placement are not customizable
The banner will always appear across the entire platform
Types of cookies used on Frontify
Frontify uses three categories of cookies:
Necessary cookies: These cookies are essential for the platform to function properly. They enable navigation, authentication, and core platform features.
They are always active and cannot be disabled.Preference cookies: These cookies remember user settings and choices to provide a more personalized and consistent experience.
Statistics cookies: These cookies collect information about how users interact with the platform. The insights help us improve performance, usability, and overall product experience.
Adding custom cookie policy and privacy notice links
You can replace Frontify’s default policy links with your own.
To do so:
Go to Account Settings
Open the Cookie Consent settings
Add links to your own Cookie Policy and Privacy Notice
Your custom links will replace the default Frontify links in the consent banner.
If you remove your links, the default Frontify policies will automatically be restored.
