In this article, you can read more about the admin access to personal projects.
This feature can be enabled for account admins by toggling on personal project visibility.
Go to your profile and choose "Account" settings. Scroll down and toggle on "Personal projects."
When the toggle is on account admins can:
View all personal projects in their project dashboards
Edit all personal projects in the project space
View and edit the items within the projects, as well as rename and delete them
Can access the name and email address of users who are in a project (in list view too)
Filter all projects, my projects, personal projects of a project space
Please note that once access is turned on, all previous and new personal projects will be visible to account admins.
However, personal projects can't be transferred, even if access is turned on.
