Classic Theme - Craft your content layout

Learn how to customize your content layout for a well-organized portal.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

The Classic Theme allows you to tailor your page and content layout, giving you the flexibility to create different page/content layouts that best suit your needs.

Adjust content width, margins, and alignment

By customizing your content area, you can control the balance between menu space and page content, ensuring an optimized and visually appealing layout.

To do that, click on the Classic Theme's Layout and navigation settings and scroll down to the Content area.

There you can:

  • Set the maximum width of your page content using preset values, full width, or a custom pixel size.

  • Adjust vertical margins to control spacing above and below the content area.

  • Define content margins to customize the space around the content.

  • Align the content area to the center, left, or right for the perfect layout.

These settings allow you to fine-tune the page structure and create a seamless, on-brand experience.

Show or hide components to showcase content

The Classic Theme allows you to control which portal components are visible, helping you create a cleaner and more focused layout.

To customize this, navigate to the Classic Theme's Layout and navigation settings and select the area you want to show or hide.

You can adjust elements like the header, sidebar, page title, pagination, and more, giving you flexibility in how your content is presented.
