Understanding Guideline Analytics

See how your page and files are performing

Updated yesterday

The Guideline Analytics view helps you measure how your brand content is performing at the page and document level. It shows how often guideline pages are viewed and how frequently attached assets (such as images, PDFs, or logos) are downloaded.

Use this data to:

  • Track content engagement over time

  • Identify top- and low-performing pages

  • Understand which assets are most frequently accessed

Accessing Guideline Analytics

To view analytics for a specific page or document within your guideline:

  1. Open your Guideline

  2. In the left toolbar, click the Analytics icon

  3. Switch between the Page Views and Downloads tabs.

  4. Use the dropdowns to filter by Page/Document and Timeframe (Day / Week / Month).

Timeframe Filters Explained

At the top of the analytics panel, you can adjust the data granularity:

  • Day view = past 12 days

  • Week view = past 12 weeks

  • Month view = past 12 months

This setting applies to both the Page Views and Downloads tabs.

Understanding the Page Views Tab

  • Displays a time series chart based on your selected granularity

  • Each bar represents a day, week, or month

  • Total Views: Total number of views within the selected timeframe

  • Visitors: Count of logged-in and anonymous viewers

Understanding the Downloads Tab

Table View

  • Lists all downloadable attachments and the number of times each has been downloaded

  • Reflects totals for the selected timeframe (12 days, 12 weeks, or 12 months)

  • Does not include a time-series breakdown
