Media delivery analytics

Track your asset CDN delivery bandwidth usage easily.

Updated this week

Media delivery analytics gives Admins visibility into how much CDN bandwidth is being consumed across their brand and over time.

Why use Media delivery analytics?

Until now, Admins had no way to track CDN bandwidth usage directly in Frontify.

This matters because bandwidth usage is tied to customer contracts. If usage exceeds 4 TB, customers may be charged according to their agreement. Without visibility, it can be difficult to understand usage patterns or anticipate overages.

Media Delivery Analytics provides a self-serve way to monitor bandwidth usage and better understand how assets are being delivered.

What is Media delivery analytics?

Media delivery analytics is an analytics page that shows cdn bandwidth consumption by brand and timeframe.

It offers:

  • A high-level overview of total bandwidth usage

  • A time-based view to understand daily consumption patterns

This helps admins monitor usage and make informed decisions based on actual delivery data.

What can you see in Media Delivery Analytics?

With Media Delivery Analytics, you can:

  • View total bandwidth usage
A top-line aggregated metric that provides a quick overview of overall CDN bandwidth consumption.

  • Analyze consumption over time
A daily breakdown that shows how bandwidth usage changes day by day.

This helps answer key questions such as:

  • What is my total bandwidth usage?

  • How does my bandwidth usage change over time?

Who is this for?

  • Primary users

    • Admins

  • Secondary users

    • API developers

The feature is designed primarily for Admins who need visibility into bandwidth usage, while also supporting API-based workflows that rely on delivery data.

How does it work?

Media Delivery Analytics works like other analytics pages in Frontify.

You can:

  • View bandwidth consumed by brand

  • Select a timeframe to analyze usage

  • Monitor daily bandwidth consumption patterns

Bandwidth data is available from January 2026 onwards.

What’s the value?

The main benefits for customers include:

  • Clear visibility into CDN bandwidth usage

  • Better awareness of usage thresholds tied to contracts

  • Reduced reliance on custom reports from the data team

  • A self-service way to track and understand consumption

Compared to alternatives, this brings bandwidth reporting directly into the product instead of relying on manual or custom data requests.
