Installing the app
Only account admins can install apps from the marketplace. To install the predictive metadata app:
Navigate to the marketplace - Access the marketplace from your Frontify instance
Explore apps - Browse the available apps in the marketplace
Find the predictive metadata app - Search for "Predictive Metadata" in the app section
Click install - Select the app and click the install button

How it works
Define the trigger event - Set when the automation should run
Add prerequisite actions (optional) - Include actions that generate different outputs to provide context, such as:
Image analysis results
Detected objects
Extracted text from documents
Other dynamic inputs
Apply the predict metadata action - Use predict metadata based on output of previous actions to automatically generate metadata
What can it generate?
The predictive metadata app can automatically create:
Asset descriptions - Uses AI to create consistent, descriptive metadata for new assets
Titles - Standardized and descriptive asset titles
Tags - Relevant tags based on asset content
Custom metadata fields - Any custom metadata you've configured in your library
