There are different possibilities as to how you are able to share content with others:
1. Share one asset from the backend Library
If you want to share only an asset from the backend library, you can click on the three dots and share it. It is not possible to share the whole library with a link; you would need to invite the users to the library, which is described in the following step. You can find more information about how to share an asset here
2. Invite users/ Give users access to it
You can invite users to your Guidelines, Library or Project so they will have access to the content or assets there. See more here: How to invite team members
3. Share curated Collections
You can share internal or public share links to curated Collections directly from the backend of the Library via the Collection actions menu (three dots). In the Collection settings menu, you can also toggle on/off the option of allowing consumers to also share public links. Frontend consumers can generate internal share links, and if additional permission is given in the backend, they can also share public links. More details on Collections here: Collections
4. Set up a personal Collection
You can set up a personal collection in the frontend library, where a personalized link is generated, which you use to share the assets afterward with external users.
See here how to do this: Personal Collection.
5. Share Folders
You can share a folder with an internal or public share link in the backend library. For that, you need to click on the three dots on the folder and choose share.
Find more information here: Folder Sharing
6. Public sharing of a Guideline
You can also share the whole Guidelines publicly. More information can be found here: Public Sharing.
7. Require Login
Click on the left Powerbar on the gear icon > click on “general” > toggle of “Require Login” as seen in the image below:
When the toggle is on, users can only access the Guidelines if they are logged in to the portal.
