In Creative Collaboration module, if you want to share the project with others, you need to invite them to it. This is the same process as inviting users to guidelines or backend of libraries.
Here's what to do once you are in your project:
1. Click on the "Team" people icon on the left-hand side of the Power Bar
2. Enter the email of your team members & choose their role:
Viewer - can only view the content
Reviewer - similar to Viewer-permission but can give feedback and comment on project assets.
Editor - can edit the content and invite other editors/viewers
Owner - can edit & delete the complete Project and invite other Owners/Editors/Viewers
Additional Details on Role Capabilities
Viewer: Cannot comment on assets or upload assets; limited to viewing content only.
Reviewer: Can comment and give feedback on assets but cannot upload new assets.
Editor: Capable of editing, commenting, and uploading new assets in addition to inviting others.
Owner: Offers the highest level of control, including all Editor capabilities as well as the ability to delete projects.
3. Click invite. Once invitation is sent, the user will receive an email notification.
