Content Blocks
Used to build, edit, and populate your Guidelines with structured content.
Cover Page
The central entry point to your Guidelines. It sets the first impression of your brand and can highlight key brand elements across channels. With Frontify Themes, any document can be used as a cover page. Use the Navigation Manager to move it to the top and set it as your homepage.
Documents
Navigation links shown in the top navigation menu.
Libraries
Where assets are uploaded and stored before being exposed or shared with other users.
Metadata
Attributes added to assets to improve search and discovery. Metadata can include characteristics, properties, keywords, or short descriptions that help users find the right asset more precisely.
Pages
Individual pages where you document and explain your brand content.
Tags
Short descriptive keywords that define an asset’s minor attributes. Examples include “blue sky,” “attitude,” or “beautiful.”
Targets
A way to tailor and control how content is shown to specific audiences. Targets allow you to customize views of documents, pages, or even individual content blocks for departments, markets, campaigns, and more, without duplicating content.
