Audio Library Block

Learn how to add and play audio files in your Frontify guidelines using the Audio Library Block.

The Audio Library Block lets you add and present audio content directly within Frontify. It provides an enhanced audio player in view mode, allowing users to listen to audio without leaving the page.

Use the Audio Library Block to share content such as brand sounds, podcasts, voiceovers, training content, interviews, and other brand audio assets.

Add an Audio Library Block

Guideline editors can add the Audio Library Block to a page like any other block.

Audio files can be selected from available assets or uploaded according to existing asset workflows.

Once added, the block renders an audio player in view mode, where users can listen to the content directly on the page.

Play audio

The Audio Library Block provides playback controls that allow users to:

  • Play and pause audio

  • Seek within audio content

  • Navigate audio content directly from the player

The player can also display audio information such as the title, description, duration, and artwork where available.

Use the Audio Library Block

The Audio Library Block can be used to present different types of audio content within Frontify.

  1. Brand voice and sonic identity

Provide approved audio examples, sonic logos, jingles, and brand sounds directly within your brand guidelines.

  2. Training and enablement

Embed narrated tutorials, onboarding materials, and educational content for teams to consume without leaving Frontify.

  3. Podcasts and leadership communications

Share internal podcasts, interviews, company updates, and executive messages through dedicated content pages.

  4. Publish and share audio content

Audio content can be made available to internal teams and external audiences through Frontify pages.

Users can listen to the content directly within the page without requiring an external audio player.
