This is how you can troubleshoot Frontify Password reset
Be sure you're selecting "lost your password" on your Frontify account's domain (and not app.frontify.com). It might look like company-01234.frontify.com.
Click on the reset password link within 20 minutes of requesting the reset. It will expire after that.
If you don't get the reset password email:
Check your email spam.
Confirm that you still have access to that Frontify account with the person who invited you. (you may have been deleted)

Check if you have entered the correct email address with no additional spaces or signs
Check if you don’t use another email address to login to the account.
I can't access my account or admin settings due to internal change
If you are unable to access your account or admin settings because a colleague owned the Frontify account and has left your company, reach out to Frontify Support via email with the following details:
Your email & name
email & name of the former account owner
Frontify account URL

Why do I get a 403 Access Denied error?
403 error means you don’t have access to that specific Guideline, Project or Library. A user needs to be invited to every project to be able to access it.
If you get a 403, it means you have access to the account but not to the specific place you are trying to view. Reach out internally to your colleagues to request access.
