Here’s how we protect your content and experience:
Blocks remain in your control after installation
When you install a block from the Marketplace, it’s not just linked, it’s copied into your Frontify environment.
This means:
The block becomes part of your account.
It will continue to function even if the original listing in the Marketplace is removed or modified.
Only you can uninstall it, giving you complete control.
Note: Blocks are stable by default, and we haven’t introduced any breaking changes so far. However, updates may occasionally include structural improvements that can affect how content is displayed or filled.
To stay informed, we recommend reviewing the changelog before applying updates, especially to identify any structural changes. While reversions are possible in most cases, reverting updates with structural changes may not be straightforward.
Partner support and frontify safeguards
Marketplace partners are responsible for maintaining their published blocks. However, if a partner no longer supports a block, Frontify may step in to ensure its continuity. This allows us to mitigate potential disruptions and support long-term functionality.
