The Guidelines export feature allows you to generate high-quality PDFs or print your brand guidelines directly from the new themes experience. This restores a key capability from the legacy experience, now improved to support faster and more scalable workflows.

How it works
You can export or print your guidelines directly from the Share menu:
Click Share
Open the Print and PDF tab
Choose one of the following:
Print all documents which exports every document in the guideline
Print this document which exports the current document with all its pages
Select:
Save as PDF to export
Or choose a printer
In the print dialog, enable Background graphics to include colors and backgrounds.
Important notes
Exporting is only supported for document pages
Cover pages and library pages are not included
Using CMD + P (Mac) or CTRL + P (Windows) will only print the currently visible page
