Print or save guidelines as a PDF

Print your brand guidelines or save them as a PDF to share, archive, or use offline.

Print your brand guidelines or save them as PDFs for sharing, offline access, and record-keeping.

With Print and PDF, you can print or save an entire guideline or individual documents. This makes it easy to share content with stakeholders, create snapshots for compliance and auditing, or archive guideline versions for future reference.

What can you print or save?

You have two options:

  • Print all documents: Print or save every document in a guideline as a single output. Useful for sharing complete guidelines, maintaining compliance records, or archiving content.

  • Print this document: Print or save the current document, including all its pages. Useful when you only need to share or reference a specific part of your guidelines.

Both options use your browser’s print dialog, where you can choose to print the content or save it as a PDF.

Enable printing and PDF downloads

Printing and PDF downloads are turned off by default for all guidelines, including existing ones.

To enable the feature:

  1. Open the guideline you want to configure.

  2. Select Settings in the bottom-left corner.

  3. Open the General tab.

  4. Under Actions toolbar, turn on Print and PDF.

Once enabled, everyone with access to the guideline, including viewers, can print documents or save them as PDFs.

Note: Keep this setting disabled if your organization doesn’t want users to print guidelines or save them as PDFs.
