How it works
The Typeform block enables you to easily embed Typeform forms in your guidelines. With this content block, you can add surveys, questionnaires, feedback forms, or order forms to the perfect location within your brand guidelines.
Alternatively, the embed block is a powerful and simple way to embed content into guidelines. It works by adding the URL of the external webpage, and Frontify visualizes its content directly in your guidelines. This means you can use any form tool that supports public embedding, such as Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, or others.
Setup
Step 1: Create your form
Create a form in your preferred tool (Typeform, Google Forms, etc.) and set the submission notification email to a shared inbox that all admins have access to. This ensures everyone on your team receives incoming messages.
Step 2: Embed the form in your guidelines
You have two options:
Typeform block (recommended for Typeform users): Install the Typeform block from the Marketplace by clicking "Install Block on Guidelines." Once installed, it will appear in your block chooser. In edit mode, add the Typeform block, then enter or paste your Typeform form ID and click "Confirm." Note that a Typeform account is required and the block must be installed by an account admin.
Embed block (for any other form tool): Go to your guidelines and add the embed block from the "Media" tab. Enter the URL of your form. Note that the embedded content must be delivered via HTTPS, must not contain a header that prohibits embedding, and must allow public sharing without requiring a login.
