1. Install the Ciloo app
Before you connect Libraries or Projects, make sure the app is installed in your environment.
Log into Frontify as a Super Admin.
Open the Marketplace from the left-hand menu.
Click Redeem Code and paste the code provided by Ciloo.
Click Redeem. The “Print with Ciloo” app will appear under Installed Apps.
Tip: If you don’t see the Marketplace option, contact your Frontify CSM.
2. Configure your domain
Once the app is installed, you’ll need to link it to your Ciloo environment.
Go to Settings → Installed Apps → Print with Ciloo.
Enter the Ciloo environment URL (e.g., customer.portal.ciloo.com) in both fields:
Access Key
Configuration Key
Changes are automatically saved—no need to click “Save.”
Tip: Double-check for typos. Incorrect URLs will prevent connection.
3. Prepare templates for printing (optional)
For dynamic templates that will be sent to Ciloo:
Open the Template in Frontify.
Under Template Settings, set:
Output format: PDF X4
Bleed: 4 mm
Crop marks: Off
Save the settings to ensure print-ready output.
Ciloo can assist with template configuration and mapping during onboarding.
4. Test the connection
Once you’ve received confirmation that the integration is live:
Open a test PDF or Template in your connected Library.
Click the Apps icon and select Print with Ciloo.
You should be redirected to the Ciloo print interface.
If the page doesn’t load, check the domain settings or contact your CSM.
5. Optional – Enable file sync or express checkout
For advanced workflows like automated sync or one-click checkout:
Ciloo will request scoped API access from your Frontify CSM.
Frontify will create an API user limited to selected Libraries or Projects.
Once approved, Ciloo activates the connection and confirms completion.
