To keep your workspace secure and running smoothly, we’re introducing a small but important update: admin accounts now need a verified email address.

If you’re an admin, verifying your email ensures you can continue managing users and access without interruptions.


Why this matters

This update helps us strengthen security across all Frontify workspaces and protect your account and your team.

It’s a quick, one-time step that keeps everything working as expected.


What happens if I don’t verify my email?

If your email is not verified, some admin actions may not work as expected.

This includes:

  • Adding or inviting users to the platform

  • Adding users or groups to resources

  • Approving access requests

  • Transferring ownership of your account

To avoid any disruption, we recommend verifying your email as soon as possible.


How to verify your email

  1. Click on the Verify email button in the banner

  2. Check your inbox

  3. Follow the verification button in the email


Didn’t receive the email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Make sure your email address is correct

  • Try resending the verification email
