The Customer Hub is your central place for learning Frontify and getting the most out of your partnership with us. It brings together product updates, video tutorials, onboarding resources, and account information in one place.
How do I access the Customer Hub?
There are two ways to access the Customer Hub.
From Frontify (recommended)
If you're already signed in to Frontify:Open Help.
Select Customer Hub.
You'll be signed in automatically, no additional login is required.
From your browser
You can also access the Customer Hub directly by visiting hub.frontify.com.Sign in with your email address. If you use Google or Microsoft authentication, you can sign in with a single click. Otherwise, request a one-time access code sent to your email.
What content can I access?
Every logged-in Frontify user can access:
Product updates
Learning resources
Video tutorials
Best practices
Some content is only available to contacts who have been assigned the appropriate role in the Customer Hub. This includes:
Onboarding plans
Meeting recordings
Account and subscription information
Workspace-specific resources shared by your Customer Success team
Role | Typical user | Access |
Administrator, Executive Sponsor, Project Lead | Primary customer contacts | Full access to all Customer Hub content |
Contributor, IT and Security | Day-to-day users and technical contacts | Learning resources, onboarding tasks, and product updates |
Billing and Procurement, Legal | Operational and compliance contacts | Billing, subscription, and compliance information |
Invite your team (Admins)
To give colleagues access to role-specific content:
Open the Customer Hub.
2. Go to Subscription & Contacts (or Contacts, depending on your subscription).
3. Under Your key contacts, select Add contact.
For agencies or external partners, use: Your agency contacts further down the page.
Having trouble logging in?
New to Frontify?
Before your team can log in, a member of the Frontify team needs to set up your initial access. If that hasn't happened yet, reach out to your contact at Frontify.
Already working with Frontify?
Contact whoever manages Frontify in your organization. Ask them to confirm your email has been added under 'Your account contacts' in the Customer Hub, with the correct role assigned.
Note: It can take up to 24 hours for newly added or changed contacts to gain access.
Not getting access to your hub's content?
If you can log in but some content isn't visible, check the following with your admin:
Your email is listed under Your account contacts, not Your agency contacts, which has more limited visibility by design.
Your assigned role matches the content you need to access.
If your role is Contributor, IT and Security, Billing and Procurement, or Legal, some sections of the hub won't be visible: this is expected based on your access level.
