Yes, you have the ability to embed links both within your Cover Page and Guideline blocks. Simply select a content block that includes Text, copy and paste your link in + highlight it. In doing so, a formatting toolbar will appear with a linking option. From here, you will have the option to select an Internal Link (within this guideline).
