How to enable or disable the Brand assistant

Control where and how the Brand assistant is available across your account.

Before you start

  • Only account admins can enable or disable the Brand assistant at the account level

  • Once enabled, it must be activated per guideline

  • The Brand assistant is only available to logged-in users


Enable the Brand assistant on your account

  1. Go to Account settings

  2. Toggle the Brand assistant on

Once enabled, the feature becomes available to configure across your guidelines.


Enable the Brand assistant on a guideline

  1. Go to the admin dashboard

  2. Select the guideline you want to enable it for

  3. Toggle the Brand assistant on

After activation, it may take a few minutes for the assistant to process the guideline content and become fully available.


Disable the Brand assistant

For a specific guideline:

  1. Go to the admin dashboard

  2. Select the guideline

  3. Toggle the Brand assistant off

For the entire account:

  1. Go to Account settings

  2. Toggle the Brand assistant off


What to keep in mind

  • The Brand assistant respects all targets and permissions

  • It only appears in enabled guidelines

  • It is not visible in public (non-logged-in) portals
